Scheduled - SEAtS will be deploying a new version of release (v2018.9.1) to the SEAtS production platform during the scheduled period. During this time we expect no interruption to customers using the platform. The release contains the following additions:

- Student Details - New Cases tab
- Colouring for Non Mandatory classes in Calendar
- Performance improvements
- Workflow Constraints functionality
- Bug fixes

Update - US Client sites are now accessible via the web, currently background processing jobs are still experiencing issues and we are working to bring these back online as soon as possible.

Update - This issue is still ongoing, problems continue with data centers on the hosting Azure environment.

Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue, update from Azure as follows:

At this time Engineers are investigating an issue with cooling in one part of the data center which caused a localized spike in temperature. Automated data center procedures to ensure data and hardware integrity went into effect when temperatures hit a specified threshold and critical hardware entered a structured power down process. The impact to the cooling system has been isolated and engineers are actively working to restore services. The next update will be provided as events warrant.

The route cause of this issue is availability of the Azure Cloud Services - South Central US.
